Why an RV needs a different shop
The construction is not sheet metal
Most RV sidewalls are a laminate of fiberglass bonded to foam bonded to luan on an aluminum cage. You cannot pull a dent out of it or weld a patch in. A scuff on the outside often means the bond line has released across several feet behind it.
The estimating guides do not cover it
No guide has an entry for a 40-foot panel. Refinish hours have to be calculated manually, which is why photo-based estimates on this body type fall apart during repair and turn into supplements that stall your claim.
Length is a physical constraint
A 45-foot coach needs clear height for the roof air conditioners and room to open both slides for inspection. That is the practical reason most shops decline this work, and it is not a constraint here.

Bring the vehicle to the Yorba Linda shop. We walk the damage with you, pull the panels that hide fasteners, and photograph what we find. Collision assessments carry no charge for insurance walk-ins. Systems estimates carry a fee that is credited against an authorized repair.
Teardown and Hidden Damage Documentation
On a laminated body, what you can see is rarely the whole repair. We tear down before the estimate is finalized so structural damage lands on the first sheet instead of arriving later as a supplement that stalls your claim.
Estimate and Carrier Coordination
We write the estimate against posted rates, calculate oversized panel refinish manually because no estimating guide covers a 40-foot panel, and submit directly to your insurer. You are not the middleman.

It depends entirely on scope and parts. A slide seal replacement is a few days. A structural collision repair with a front cap replacement runs weeks because cap lead times are long. We give you a real timeline after teardown, not before.
Do you work on commercial and municipal vehicles?
Yes. Box trucks, semi cabs, school buses, ambulances, fire apparatus, refuse trucks, and utility bodies. On commercial trucks we perform body, paint, structural, and equipment install work. Engine, drivetrain, and DOT inspection work is not performed here.
Can you match paint on an older coach?
Yes. Oversized panel blending is a routine part of the work. Colour match across a 40-foot panel run is harder than the repair itself, which is why we blend into adjacent panels rather than stopping at a seam.
What are your hours?
The shop is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and closed Sunday. Drop-offs for insurance assessments are easiest earlier in the day, when a technician can walk the damage with you rather than fitting it between jobs.
