Our Story

Most collision shops decline recreational vehicle work for two reasons, and neither of them is difficulty. The first is that the vehicle will not fit through the door. The second is that the construction is unfamiliar, and a shop that repairs a laminated sidewall the way it repairs a steel quarter panel produces work that fails inside two seasons.

This shop went the other direction. Since 2015 the work here has been the vehicles that get turned away elsewhere: 45-foot diesel pushers, fifth wheels with cracked upper deck frames, Class C cabovers with rot spreading from the factory joint, owner-converted school buses with roof raises that leak, food trucks where every day in a bay is a day of lost revenue.

What that requires

A building with clear height for rooftop air conditioners and room to open both slides for inspection. A paint booth that can take a 40-foot panel. Technicians who understand that bond line separation is a structural problem rather than a cosmetic one. And a willingness to pull the panels before writing the estimate, which costs a day up front and saves weeks of supplement delay later.

Why the rates are published

Because the alternative wastes everyone time. A customer who finds out the number after a tow has already lost money getting the vehicle here. Publishing the full rate card and roughly 150 catalog line items filters the conversation down to people the shop can actually help, and gives owners something concrete to hold an insurance estimate against.

What has not changed

Everything still happens in this building. Nothing gets subcontracted out to a paint shop across town or a fabricator two cities over. Work is walked with the customer before anything gets signed. We Stand Behind Every Repair.
