Before you come in
Do I need an appointment?
For a collision assessment, no. Insurance walk-ins are welcome during business hours. For systems diagnostics, calling ahead means we can have the right technician available.
Where exactly are you?
We are at 23281 La Palma Ave in Yorba Linda, near the 91 freeway with straightforward access from the 57 and the 55. There is room to turn a 45-foot coach into the lot, which is not true of every shop.
Can you come to me?
No. All work is performed in shop. The equipment, lift capacity, and paint booth that make this work possible do not travel.
What should I bring?
Your claim number and adjuster contact if you have one, plus any photos taken at the scene. If the damage involves water, bring anything you know about when it started.
