Pricing is indicative, not a quote
Labor rates and catalog ranges published on this site are current posted rates and typical job bands. They are not a quote or an offer. Scope on laminated construction is only known after teardown. A binding number comes from a written estimate on your specific vehicle.
Estimates
Collision assessments carry no charge for insurance walk-ins. Systems estimates are $150 and in-depth diagnostics are one hour at $285, both credited against an authorized repair. Insurance-billed work may be written at carrier-negotiated rates that differ from posted retail rates.
Authorization, deposits and payment
No work begins without your written authorization, as required by California law. Jobs over $2,000 require a 50 percent deposit at authorization. Jobs over $10,000 require an additional 25 percent when parts arrive. Special order parts require a 100 percent non-refundable deposit at order. Final balance is due at pickup. Card payments over $1,000 carry a 3.5 percent surcharge, a direct pass-through of merchant fees.
Scope of work
All work is performed in shop. Mobile, roadside, and fleet route service are not offered. On commercial trucks we perform body, paint, structural, and equipment installation work. Engine, drivetrain, and DOT inspection work is not performed.
