Insurance Claim Guides

An RV claim is not a car claim. The construction hides damage, no estimating guide covers a 40-foot panel, and the first number is almost never the final number. These guides explain what actually happens and where owners lose money.

How we handle the claim side

We write the estimate, submit it to your insurer, handle supplements as hidden damage surfaces, and bill directly. You are not carrying paperwork between a shop and an adjuster. You choose the repair shop: being steered toward a particular facility is common and it is not a requirement.

  1. Damage Assessment and Insurance Review

Bring the vehicle to the Yorba Linda shop. We walk the damage with you, pull the panels that hide fasteners, and photograph what we find. Collision assessments carry no charge for insurance walk-ins. Systems estimates carry a fee that is credited against an authorized repair.

  2. Teardown and Hidden Damage Documentation

On a laminated body, what you can see is rarely the whole repair. We tear down before the estimate is finalized so structural damage lands on the first sheet instead of arriving later as a supplement that stalls your claim.

  3. Estimate and Carrier Coordination

We write the estimate against posted rates, calculate oversized panel refinish manually because no estimating guide covers a 40-foot panel, and submit directly to your insurer. You are not the middleman.

  4. Repair

Structural, body, paint, fiberglass, electrical, and systems work all happen in this building. Your vehicle is not shuttled between three vendors, and no one is waiting on another shop schedule.

  5. Reassembly and Systems Test

Everything that came apart goes back together and gets tested. Slides cycle, systems run, and anything with driver assistance gets scanned and recalibrated before it leaves.

  6. Final Walk and Delivery

We walk the finished work with you before you sign anything. Run the systems, look at the panel fit, and drive it. We stand behind every repair.
