The Shop
What is physically in the building, and why each part of it matters for your repair.
Bay capacity
Bays sized for 45-foot coaches with clear height for rooftop air conditioners and enough width to open both slides for inspection. This is the single most common physical reason another shop declines the job.
Paint booth
Sized to take oversized panels. Refinish hours on a 40-foot run have to be calculated manually because no estimating guide has an entry for a panel that size.
Structural and fabrication
Welding and fabrication for frames, subframes, service bodies, racks, and lift gate mounts. Cut back to sound material rather than plating over a bend, because plating moves the failure one bay over.
Fiberglass and laminate
Bond line rebuild across the full affected area, not just under the visible damage. Cap repair, sidewall replacement, and delamination work on laminated construction.
Systems
Twelve volt and shore power electrical, LP with certified technicians, plumbing and tanks, appliances, generators, and rooftop air conditioning. Systems work happens alongside body work rather than at a second vendor.
Diagnostics and recalibration
Scan tooling and ADAS recalibration, which is required after front-end work on any modern van or coach with driver assistance rather than optional.
